Before & After Care FAQs
Who is before & after care for?
Before & after care is available for campers enrolled in participating Just Kids Skill Camps sessions. Availability and hours may vary based on your camp's schedule.
What are the hours for before & after care?
Before care is available for one hour before your camp begins, and after care is available for one hour after your camp ends. Most full-day camps run from 9:00am–3:00pm, making before care available from 8:00–9:00am and after care available from 3:00–4:00pm. For camps with different schedules, before and after care times adjust accordingly.
My camp has different hours. How does before & after care work?
Before and after care are always tied to your camp's scheduled start and end times. For example, if your camp ends at 12:00pm, after care would run until 1:00pm.
Is before & after care offered for the full week only?
Yes — before & after care is available as a full-week add-on.
Can I choose just before care or just after care?
Yes — you can add early drop-off, extended pick-up, or both depending on your family's schedule.
What do campers do during before & after care?
Campers are supervised by staff and may enjoy light activities, games, crafts, or free play in a safe, structured environment.
Can I add before & after care after I register?
Yes, if space is still available. We recommend adding it during registration since spots are limited for each camp.
Is before & after care available at every location?
Availability may vary by camp location and camp schedule. Please review your specific camp details during registration or email us if you have any questions.
What happens if I’m running late for pick-up?
Please contact camp staff as soon as possible if you’re delayed. Additional fees may apply for pick-ups after the scheduled end of after care.
Should I add before & after care when I register?
Yes — we recommend reserving it during registration since spots are limited for each camp to ensure proper staffing and supervision.
